With emphasis on new homes marketing and sales, Carolina Winds Realty has successfully sold out Hammock Pointe and Inlet Cove, two single-family home communities in Murrells Inlet and the Village I at Queens Harbour. Of notable distinction, the Village I at Queens Harbour has been the leader in new condominium sales since Carolina Winds Realty took over the marketing and sales in 2013. The Village II at Queens Harbour is comprised of an additional 13 buildings, which started construction in mid 2017. Also currently under construction are the townhomes in Queens Court, which are situated adjacent to the Village II at Queens Harbour. Further inland, we are currently in the third phase of Carsen's Ferry, a single-family community just off Highway 501 with only 2 phases left. To date, Carolina Winds Realty has closed in excess of $59 million in gross sales.
Future development plans include the following: Additional condominium units in a 105-unit condominium development on 5th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach called Lake View Villas; a planned single-family community in the Conway area just off Highway 501.
